Apple Pie Filling
Makes filling for one 9" pie
Ingredients
6 Cups Apples
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Handful of Raisins
Directions
Sift together Sugar, Flour, and Cinnamon. Add Apples and Lemon Juice, then mix.
